This year's CODES+ISSS conference takes place at the Marriott Newport Beach Hotel and Tennis Club in Newport Beach, California. The organizers have negotiated the following room rates:

In order to guarantee these rates and availability, reservations must be made NO LATER THAN September 5, 2003. CANCELLATION MUST BE MADE NO LATER 6PM on the date of arrival.
To accommodate those who wish to extend their visits, the special hotel rates will apply also to three days prior to and three days after the Meeting dates (9/30-10/3) based on availability. Please take advantage of these rates to attend CECS Symposium (9/30) and EstiMedia (10/3-10/4).

- Free hotel shuttle leaves John Wayne Airport for the Marriott hotel on the 2nd half hour (2:30, 3:30...). The same shuttle will leave from hotel for the airport on the hour. You can pick up the shuttle at GTC (ground transportation center) at the lower level at the airport. You may want to call the hotel to confirm the schedule and location.

- There is a pay shuttle service (www.supershuttle.com) from Los Angeles International to the hotel. No reservation is necessary from the airport, simply claim your luggage then step out to the van stop at the outer island and contact SuperShuttle customer service representative.
